By Train
The main train station is Liverpool Lime Street which is in the City centre. The station has taxi ranks at each of the side exits. If you take a taxi, ask the driver to take you to Liverpool Students' Union on Maryland Street, which is off Rodney Street. Our postcode is L1 9DE.
Walking and Cycling from Lime Street Station
From the train station, leave via the main exit at the front of the train station. Take a left turn and follow the road around, you should walk past the Britannia Adelphi Hotel then take the second road, Mount Pleasant. This should take you around five minutes. You will then arrive at a set of traffic lights, here, turn right onto Rodney Street. After 200 metres take a left turn - this is Maryland Street. After 100 metres there is a pedestrianised area, the students' union building is on the right. There are posts on which to lock your bike opposite the union building or inside the Aldham Robarts library grounds.
By Bus
Most of the main bus services run out of the City centre and have stops very close to the University. The main stop for the students' union is situated on Hardman Street, which is just around the corner. The bus services currently include the 75, 80 and 86. Ask the driver if you are unsure about where to get off.
