Through the Hall Rep programme we aim to improve the first year, living in halls experience by enabling students to have a greater input into what we offer and creating a greater sense of community and pride within halls.
We hope to increase communication between Liverpool Student’s Union and the students living in halls of residence.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
• To act as a representative of Liverpool Student’s Union to students in their hall.
The positions will all be separate but they will all help each other and work as a team to achieve maximum success.
What are the Hall Rep Roles?
There are currently four roles:
1. President
2. Sports Rep
3. Events Rep
4. Marketing Reps

• To increase communication in the halls.
• To talk to and listen to students.
• To promote the Union and its services.
• To help plan and promote events.
• To improve the halls experience for students.
Responsible for leading and supporting the team of Reps, as well as managing the budget and ensuring events are risk assessed and well organised.
Work with other reps to organise matches and tournaments as well as encouraging students to take part in sports.
Work with other reps to find out what students are interested in and to hold events in accordance to these interests and encourage students to take part.
Promote events and activities taking place in their halls, ensuring students know what is happening and when it is happening.
