What is the National Student Survey (NSS)?
The NSS gives final-year undergraduate students an opportunity to shout about their experience at LJMU, and make their opinions count at a national level.
How can I get involved?
The NSS, run by independent research company Ipsos MORI, will contact eligible students by email, phone and post.
You can fill in the survey online via the NSS website on any computer. It only takes about five minutes to complete the survey.
Why does my opinion matter?
The NSS results are analysed against national statistics and inform national league tables.
The results can help prospective students make informed choices of where and what to study.
This is your chance to shout about your LJMU experience.
Win £4,000 just for completing the survey!
In return for taking part, LJMU want to recognise the time you spend filling in the survey with print credits of £3. You must complete the survey and then take a print out of the final screen or the confirmation email to the student hubs in the LRCs to claim your credits.
Everyone taking part in the survey online before 8th February will be entered into an exclusive prize draw worth £10,000 comprising one prize of £4,000, or six prizes of £1,000, which you can use to pay off your fees, fund further study, start your own enterprise or travel – the choice, and the money, could be yours. You could also win one of five pairs of tickets for the VIP lunch at graduation with the University Vice-Chancellor, special guests and even the Chancellor, Dr Brian May.
It couldn’t be simpler. You have nothing to lose, you are helping the University and future students – and you may even walk away with £4,000.
