Reps are paid £6.57 an hour and work an average of 5 hours per week.
Key duties of community reps include:
* Speaking to students and residents in their area
* Working with local police, councillors and community groups to solve problems and make positive change
* Organising events and activities to help students and residents meet people and be part of where they live.
We are looking for chatty, bubbly, students who are enthusiastic about their area and who can bring ideas and energy to our work across Liverpool.
The areas we currently operate in are the Georgian Quarter, Kensington, Marybone & Smithdown - if you know and love one of these areas then you could be exactly who we're looking for.

How to become a community rep:
Step one: Complete the online application form (The deadline for applications is 1pm on Monday 30th April 2012)
Step two: All applicants will be invited to attend for interview on Tuesday, 1st May 2012.
There will be a morning or afternoon session available.
Once you have submitted your application, you will be contacted to arrange a convenient time for either of these sessions.
Step three: Successful applicants will be invited to a training session. Here you’ll be shown exactly what is expected of you and we’ll show you how to be an amazing Community Rep. You’ll also be able to meet the other Community Reps working in your area and decide what specific areas you will cover.
