Student Group Co-ordinator - full time 10 month role. £16,429 pro rata (actual salary for 10 months £12,586)

LiverpoolSU is looking for a Student Group Co-ordinator to develop our student groups, run Give it a Go activities for students and help LiverpoolSU to increase participation to 1 in 3 students. We’re looking for well organised, confident individuals with strong customer service skills, the ability to work calmly under pressure and use their own initiative, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and motivate volunteers.

The Student Group Co-ordinator will be responsible for the day to day running support of clubs and societies, and delivering other activities to involve students. This will include booking facilities, processing membership and ensuring activities can run to an excellent standard in a healthy, safe and inclusive way. They will support our volunteers to maximise participation whilst developing their skills.

Student Group Co-ordinator (Sport) part time 21/hrs week, 9 month role. £16,429 pro rata (actual salary for 9 months £6796)

LiverpoolSU is looking for a Student Group Co-ordinator (Sport) to develop our BUCS teams and co-ordinate fixtures. We’re looking for well organised, confident individuals with strong customer service skills, the ability to work calmly under pressure and use their own initiative, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and motivate volunteers. A passion for Sport and broad knowledge of different Sports will also be an advantage.

The Student Group Co-ordinator (Sport) will be responsible for the day to day administration of BUCS fixtures and support for BUCs teams. This will include booking facilities and transport, processing membership and ensuring activities can run to an excellent standard in a healthy, safe and inclusive way. They will support our volunteers to maximise participation whilst developing their skills.

This is a flexible part time role for 21 hours a week. Applicants must be available to work on Wednesdays.

Student Voice Co-ordinator (full time, 11 month role, £16,429 pro rata, (actual salary for 11 months £14,474)

LiverpoolSU is looking for a Student Voice Co-ordinator to support and develop student led change to make a better University. The Student Voice co-ordinator will be responsible for recruiting, training, supporting and developing course reps and student voice assistants to ensure that we are in constant contact with students and we are hearing their needs and desires. They will also produce termly “Faculty Student Voice Reports” which will be shared with Deans of the Faculty, to identify areas where students believe LJMU needs development.

Student Community Co-ordinator (full time, 11 month role, £16,429 pro rata (actual salary for 11 months £14,474)

Working with the City Engagement Manager, the Student Community Co-ordinator will be responsible for supporting and developing student-led change, in particular through the Community Rep and Hall rep Schemes. They will support the Vice President for Communities in leading forums and campaigns to improve the experience of students in Liverpool.

We are looking for a confident candidate who is a great communicator and can work well in a team. They will be happy talking to strangers and large groups of people. Able to work under pressure. They are able to plan and carry out projects and work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
