Welcome to the LJMU Jitsu Club Jiu Jitsu is a Japanese martial art employing strikes, locks and throws where you will Learn to use your opponent's strength to your advantage. Jiu Jitsu can be practised effectively by anyone, regardless of strength, size or sex. If you would like to know how to deal with real life self-defence situations then Jiu Jitsu is the ideal martial art. Membership to the Jitsu Club is either paid on a weekly basis at £3.00 per session or £125.00 for the year. Come down and ty our session out first to see if you like it. Membership is paid directly to the Club Committee. In addition you will have to pay the £5.00 Federation Fee to the Liverpool Students Union.
