Album: Liverpool Town Takeover 20-21 October 2009

$Students\' took over Liverpool City Centre in a bid to raise awareness amongst students now and of the future, and the local community of the Government\'s review of Higher Education Funding and the possibility that the cap on fees may rise to £7,000 a year. Students\' took to the streets to show that this was not acceptable and the Government needs to consider all alternative funding options.$

$On the 21st & 22nd October student unions across Liverpool will be coming together to Take Over the city! The days of action are to raise awareness of the NUS\' Blueprint on Higher Education Funding. On 4th August Students Unions\' across the North West along with NUS met at LSU to plan the Town Taker Overs across the region this autumn.$
