Taekwon-do is a Korean Martial art famously known for its explosive kicking and jumping techniques. Classes are easy to pick up and follow a set programme designed to develop your Taekwon-do skills including self defence, along with fun workouts to improve fitness, stamina, mobility and flexibility. The emphasis is on self development and you will increase in self confidence, gain better judgement and learn self control. Whilst developing a strong body and a sound mind Taekwon-do offers valuable lessons through the 5 tenets: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self Control and Indomitable Spirit.
