REGISTERING WITH A DOCTOR
You should register as soon as possible with a Doctor who practices in an area that is convenient for you. To register with a Doctor's surgery, you should make an appointment during consulting hours, explaining that you would like to be included on the list of patients. You will need to take your NHS medical card along, if you do not have one you will be asked to complete an application form.
