The Womans Officer shall assume Execuive responsability for:
(a)Representing women in all areas of student life, ensuring that the position of women is fully reflected, and that women are able to play as full a role as they wish, without fear of harassment or discrimination.
(b)Highlighting women's perspectives in all Union campaigns.
(c)Liaison with local, regional and national women's organisations.
(d)Convening the first meeting of the year of the Women's Group.
(e)Training events for women.
(f)Attending as a delegate to NUS Women's Conference during their year of office and as an observer during the period as Women's Officer elect.
(g)Discharging all duties as a voting member or Chair of Union Committees, as specified in Section 6 to this Constitution.
(h)Discharging any duties as a voting member or Chair of LSU Services Ltd.
