Policy & Constitution Committee
The Policy and Constitution Committee is responsible for the oversight of the Union's Policy and Constitution and the development of new policy for adoption.
The President (Sonia Kearns)
of the Union is the Chair of the Committee.
The remit:(a)To discuss and submit policy and constitutional amendments to Union Council for agreement and ratification.(b)To receive recommendations from students on issues which impact on the Union's structures and strategic direction.(c)To prepare policy amendments for NUS national conference.(d)To review existing policy and practice and submit and make recommendations to Union Council or other sub Committees.(e)To consider national policy issues for the benefit of LJMU students.
