Union council is the sovereign decision making body of the union. It's voting members comprise entirely of student representatives. It's where the campaigns and activity of the union are discussed and decided - and these minutes form a record of just that for you to scrutinise to your hearts content.

N.b. Private and Confidential minutes (for example issues concerning staffing) are kept separately.

You can view all the union Council minutes from the past 7 years electronically by clicking on the archive links. We are in the process of updating the records to PDF, but in the meanwhile if you are promted for a password, please enter 'lsu'.

If you have any questions about the work of Union council, the union constitution  or its policy then feel free to contact the President or any other member of the Executive.
